Today we spent a lovely afternoon on the beach in Causeway Bay swimming in crystal clear water with glorious sunshine and beautiful hilly surroundings. I must admit that I had assumed that Hong Kong was just an urban metropolis full of skyscrapers, but there is some absolutely stunning scenery here.
Also, this has to be a contender for most exotic menu so far...
